Attire and Packing List
Please pay attention to the packing list below and do not bring more than one medium sized suitcase.
YOUTH CONFERENCE Attire
Thursday
Come dressed like a missionary
Young Men - white shirts, tie and Sunday dress pants, dress shoes and socks
Young Women - knee length skirt or dress, comfortable shoes
Friday
Come dressed like it's a P-day
Young Men - knee-length shorts, nice t-shirt, close toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops)
Young Women - knee-length shorts, nice t-shirt, close toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops)
Saturday
Come dressed like a missionary (see Thursday descriptions)
Packing List
Young Women
- 2 sets of Sunday clothes (skirt or dress, modest length)
- Comfortable Sunday shoes
- Accessories
- Knee length shorts
- 1 nice t-shirt
- Closed toe shoes and socks for P-day (no sandals)
- Pajamas
- Undergarments
- Additional shirt (optional for dance)
- Additional pair of shorts (optional for dance)
Young Men
- 1 or 2 pairs of dress pants
- 2 white shirts (button up w/ collar)
- Tie
- Belt
- 2 pairs of dark socks
- Dress shoes
- Knee length shorts
- 1 nice t-shirt
- 1 pair of athletic shoes and socks
- Pajamas
- Underwear
- Additional pair of shorts (optional for dance)
- Additional shirt (optional for dance)
Everyone
- Scriptures
- Note pad
- Pen or pencil
- Journal
- Sleeping bag*
- Pillow
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Hair care products
- Deodorant
- Bath towel and wash cloth
- Shampoo and soap
- Any required medications
- Day pack (for scriptures, journal, extra clothes for dance if you want, etc)
Note: There will be a dance on Friday night. You will not be going to your host family's home prior to the dance. If you want to change clothes for the dance that evening, bring an extra change of clothes in your day pack on Friday because you will not have access to your suitcases.
*Some homes may have beds but plan on sleeping in sleeping bags.
